Shipping policy

Once you've sent your wax impression back to us, please allow up to 4 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted and returned to you. We'll email you as soon as it's on its way.

Your kit will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of your order. We ship kits via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
