Return and Refund Policy
Because every Kova piece is made to order from your personal imprint, each one is completely unique to you. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed jewellery.
If there's a fault with your piece or it arrives damaged, please contact us at kovajewellerycornwall@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. We'll ask for a photo so we can assess the issue and either remake or repair your piece at no extra cost.
If you've ordered a kit and it arrives damaged or incomplete before you've used it, contact us straight away and we'll send a replacement.
We cannot accept returns on kits that have already been used, or on completed jewellery, as these are personalised items made specifically for you.
