How It Works

Turning something you love into something you'll wear forever is simpler than you think. Here's how it works.

1. Choose your kit Pick the piece that feels right — a pendant, a keyring, or cufflinks — and choose your metal, silver or gold. That's your starting point.

2. Your kit arrives Everything you need comes straight to your door. Inside the box you'll find your moulding wax and clear, simple instructions to guide you through taking the perfect impression.

3. Take the imprint Press gently, follow the steps, and let the wax do the rest. Most people get it right first time. Once you're happy with it, send it back to me in the pre-addressed packaging included in your kit.

4. I cast your piece This is where the magic happens. I take your wax imprint and cast it by hand in solid sterling silver or 18ct gold. Every piece is unique because every impression is.

5. It arrives with you Your finished piece is packaged carefully and sent straight to you, ready to wear or give as a gift.

The whole process takes around four weeks from the day I receive your wax back.
